My 370 → 230 Story

I did not build Heavy Reset from theory.
I built it after living the problem. At 370 pounds, I knew what it felt like to want change, start over, and still struggle to make progress stick. The turning point was not finding more motivation. It was learning how to make the right actions repeatable.
Over time, I lost 140 pounds and rebuilt my health, strength, and relationship with food. That transformation eventually took me all the way to the stage—but Heavy Reset is not about turning every client into a bodybuilder. It is about helping real people build a body and life they feel in control of.

What changed
I stopped treating every imperfect day like a failure. I learned to plan around work, family, travel, stress, and social life. I tracked enough to make good decisions, adjusted when the plan stopped fitting, and kept going long enough for the basics to compound.
Why I coach
Most people do not need another extreme reset. They need a clear plan, honest feedback, and support adapting that plan when life happens. That is the work we do together: practical nutrition, effective training, useful accountability, and steady course correction.
Your result will be your own, and no coach can promise a specific outcome. What I can promise is thoughtful, direct coaching grounded in lived experience and built around your reality.
