Heavy Reset Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products
Digital programs are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. Because access is delivered electronically, digital-product purchases are final once access or the download has been provided, except where required by law. If you experience a duplicate charge or cannot access your purchase, contact strategy@heavyreset.com so we can review and correct the issue.

Strategy sessions and standalone reviews
Strategy sessions, one-on-one consultations, and standalone biomarker reviews are non-refundable, except where required by law or when Heavy Reset cannot provide the purchased service. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' written notice. Less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or a second reschedule results in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Biomarker services and laboratory costs
The $49 Heavy Reset fee covers administrative coordination and an educational review. Laboratory testing fees are separate unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise. Laboratory charges paid through an independent provider are governed by that provider's displayed refund terms.

Private coaching
Private coaching begins only after the client has accepted the applicable coaching agreement and completed any required waiver. Coaching cancellation, recurring billing, and refund terms are governed by the signed coaching agreement and any nonwaivable rights provided by law.

Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider or financial institution.
