Heavy Reset Digital Delivery Policy

Heavy Reset currently sells digital programs and services. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Digital programs
After successful payment, purchased digital files are delivered electronically through the email address used at checkout and may also be available from the order confirmation or order-status page. Delivery is normally available shortly after payment is confirmed. Check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive.

If you cannot access a purchased file, contact strategy@heavyreset.com with the purchaser's name, order number, and email address. Do not send payment-card information by email.

Coaching and consultations
Private coaching, strategy sessions, and biomarker reviews are services rather than shipped goods. Access, scheduling, onboarding, and any required agreements or waivers are provided electronically after purchase or acceptance into the service.

Third-party laboratory services
Laboratory testing is purchased and fulfilled separately through the independent provider identified during the ordering process. That provider's availability, collection instructions, timelines, and delivery terms apply to the laboratory portion of the service.
