Heavy Reset Terms of Service

By purchasing or booking a service with Heavy Reset LLC, you agree to the following terms.

1. Coaching and medical disclaimer
Heavy Reset LLC and its coaches are not licensed physicians, endocrinologists, or registered dietitians. Coaching, strategy sessions, biomarker reviews, and digital programs are educational services. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or management of medications or hormones. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning a training program, making significant dietary changes, or using supplements. Individual results vary. Heavy Reset LLC does not guarantee weight loss, health, fitness, or performance outcomes.

2. Required liability waiver
A signed liability waiver is required before coaching or consultation services begin. If the waiver is not completed before the scheduled session or program start date, the service may be canceled and the booking fee forfeited.

3. Strategy sessions and standalone reviews
Strategy sessions, one-on-one consultations, and standalone biomarker reviews are non-refundable, except where required by law or when Heavy Reset cannot provide the purchased service. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' written notice. Less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or a second reschedule results in forfeiture of the booking fee.

4. Digital products
Digital programs are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, posted publicly, or redistributed. Because access is delivered electronically, digital-product purchases are final once access or the download has been provided, except where required by law. If you experience a duplicate charge or cannot access your purchase, contact strategy@heavyreset.com. Purchase does not include individualized coaching, medical review, or future content updates unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

5. Biomarker reviews and laboratory costs
The $49 fee covers administrative coordination and an educational review service. Laboratory testing fees are separate unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise. Biomarker reviews help organize and explain information but do not diagnose a condition, determine treatment, or replace care from a licensed medical professional.
